Bug note: showing the same contacts over and over ¶
Just a quick post to let you know that I’m aware that TwerpScan is a bit broken for people with more than 100 contacts in a list at the moment. For them, some contacts will likely show up more than once in the list, and on top of that, the list won’t show all their contacts.
Last night Twitter deprecated an API feature my app is using. Now, to be fair, two months ago they’ve said they might do that at some point. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the time to rewrite the part of TwerpScan which is using this API endpoint, so that means that app is effectively broken at the moment.
I’ll need to find time to implement a fix for this issue. The bad news is that I don’t know how quickly I’ll be able to do it, as I’m currently up to my eyeballs in a client project.
So, please bear with me. I know the situation is less than optimal, but I’m only human.
